Office Hours

Our office is open 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Hospital rounds are made before by the physicians and following office hours. Emergencies will take priority at all times.

Insurance

Insurance coverage varies significantly with individual policies and often does not fully cover services rendered. Responsibilty for payment of professional fees remains with you, not with the insurance company.

Fees

Fees vary with the individual services rendered; they reflect the specialized ability and time devoted to each problem. In many instances, significant time is required reviewing hospital records, laboratory tests and consulting with your personal physicians regarding your prior care. We will be glad to discuss the matter of fees with you at any time.

Confidentiality

All medical information is private and confidential. No information is released without your permission. For this reason, all records and charts remain the property of the office. Reports of findings and medical opinions will be forwarded to other physicians, insurance companies, or other appropriate parties, but only with your consent.
